Dispatch and tracking
When an order is dispatched, its status can be updated in the admin panel. Registered customers can see the latest status in My Account.
Returns
Contact customer support before returning an item. Returned products must meet the published return conditions and applicable statutory rights.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact support promptly with the order reference and clear photographs of the package and product.
